Santa Claus and Rudolf

De kerstman en Rudolf mogen deze kerst natuurlijk niet ontbreken, dus die heb ik natuurlijk gehaakt!

There's no christmas without santa claus and Rudolf, so I crochetted them!

Christmas Penguins!

En hier een stelletje echte slee pinguins, die zich niet door de kou laten tegenhouden!

And here we have some really though pinguins, ready to face the cold snow with their sleds!

Een voor mijn Mama, en eentje voor Oma

One for my Mother and one for my Grandma



Say Cheese!

Voor Oma heb ik natuurlijk weer een gehaakt cadeautje gemaakt, zie hier, Muis met zijn heerlijke stukje gatenkaas!

Of course I made another Amigurumi for my Grandma, as you can see. Mouse with a delicious piece of cheese!

Muis peinst nog even: "Zal ik mijn kaas wel of niet op eten?"

Mouse is still thinking, should I eat my cheese, or not?

De Hawaiiaanse Kikker Prinses!

En ze is af! De Hawaiiaanse Kikker Prinses! Wat een werk, wat een details, maar wat is ze leuk geworden, echt een heerlijk werkje om naar te kijken, niet? En ze is mooi op tijd af, want ze is voor mijn moeder die jarig is op 19 december!

She is finished! The Hawaiian Frof Princess! She was a lot of work, all those details, but she's definitely worth it all, such a joy to look at! And I finished her on time, because on the 19th of december it's my Mom's Birthday, and this is her present!

Ze is nog niet eens zo zwaar, alleen op die twee benen blijven staan is lastig... Dus heeft mijn lieve Papa een standaart gemaakt, zodat ze nu kan staan! En je ziet de standaart bijna niet!

She isn't even that heavy, but she can't stand on those two legs alone... So my sweet dad made a standart for her, so she can stand! And you almost don't even see the standart!

Op de helft!

Jaa, ze schiet al op onze mooie Kikkerprinses! Ik vind dat ze behoorlijk goed lukt! Het patroon is niet altijd even duidelijk, dus ik bedenk steeds zelf maar wat, stiekem ook wel zo leuk, dan zit er ook wat van mij in het patroontje!

Yeah progress is being made with our beautiful Frog princess! I think she's really working out! The patterns isn't always clear enough, so I make my own little adjustments here and there, but maybe that's just as fun, this way i'm making the pattern more me!

De bloem werd wel beschreven in het patroon, maar werd zo groot dat ze hem niet kon houden.... Dus heb ik zelf maar een bloem voor in d'r hand bedacht, en nog goed gelukt ook ;)

En zo zijn we al op de helft met de Prinses!

The pattern does describe how to make the flower, but it's just to big for her hand, she can't hold it...

So I came up with a flower of my own, and it's gotten pretty good too ;)
